We offer our online cutomers a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your goods, Bare Traps will gladly refund, exchange or credit your purchase if the goods are returned in their original boxed condition within 30 days of purchase dated on the receipt.
The following conditions apply to all returns:
- Goods must be unworn and unused
- We are unable to accept returned shoes that are marked so we suggest taking care when trying your shoes on for the first time.
- Goods must be returned in the original shoe box, in its original condition.
- Include the order summary and write on it if you would like to exchange the shoes or receive a refund.
- Goods must be returned within 30 days of date shown on the receipt.
Postage is non-refundable on returns.
Bare Traps reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.

Refunds are processed using the original method of payment within 1-5 working days of receiving the return to our warehouse. Please keep in mind your financial institute can take an extra few days to return the funds to your account.
If you are wishing to exchange your purchase for another size or style, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the item(s) you require so we can check availability and if available place the item(s) on hold for you. Item(s) will be held for a maximum of 7 days.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality, however if you have received an item with a defect please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can advise you on the return procedure. Bare Traps reserves the right to conduct a quality inspection before making a decision on a faulty item.
Postage charges on returns are not refundable unless the item(s) is deemed to be faulty.
If you are returning an item for an exchange or refund you are required to pay for return postage, however you are not required to pay for postage of the exchange parcel (standard delivery) from our warehouse to you.
We recommend that return item(s) are shipped via Registered Post. You assume any risk for loss, theft or damaged goods during transit, we therefore advise you take out shipment registration and insurance with your postal carrier. Bare Traps will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

We do refund or exchange on all faulty goods in accordance with the relevant legislation.
Proof of purchase must be provided for any refund,exchange or credit note.
We exchange or give a Credit Note for 'Change of Mind' purchases subject to several conditions: Goods must be returned within 7 days of original docket date. Does not apply to sale items. Good must not be marked or damaged and in original packaging.
