Welcome to the BARE TRAPS ONLINE website terms and conditions. By using our website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these. Please read carefully before placing your order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
When you place an order your credit card will automatically be debited and you will receive an order confirmation which is proof of your order.
In the unlikely event that an item you have requested is not available, we contact you and refund your credit card for the full amount within two working days.
Please note that once you have placed your order, we cannot make any changes or change the delivery address. So please take care to enter details accurately.
Bare Traps reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.
Paying for your order
Payment can only be made using Visa or MasterCard.
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of a Goods and Services Tax (GST).
The total cost of your order is the price of the goods at the time the order is placed plus the delivery fee if applicable.
If the price of an item is listed incorrectly on our website you will be notified of the correct price by e-mail and given the option of proceeding with or cancelling your order.
Orders will not be accepted without credit card authorisation.
Delivery & Returns Policy
All orders are delivered via Air Satchel with Australian Air Express. The cost for postage is $10 Australia Wide, $20 to New Zealand. Delivery is usually 2 days of when we receive the order, and depending where you are located in Australia or New Zealand.
We would like you to be completley satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase we would gladly accept exchange or return of the unworn product, this will need to be done within 30 days of placing your order. Returned merchandise should be in the original condition as when it was received and in the original packaging. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges for any returns/exchanges.

Bare Traps values your security. We use Paymate for credit card payments. All transactions with Paymate are conducted in 'secure sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) standards with 128-bit encryption.
