Delivery Policy

Delivery Charges

The standard delivery charge is a flat fee of $10 (GST inclusive) for all deliveries to Australian addresses.

Delivery to New Zealand is a flat fee of AUD$20. 

Please email info@baretraps.com.au to get a quote for delivery outside of Australia and New Zealand.

Please note that we can only deliver to physical addresses (not P.O. Boxes) and that a signature is required for all deliveries. 

Delivery Period

We endeavour to ensure that all orders be delivered by 5 business days (Australia only) & 7-10 business days (New Zealand). For delivery time outside Australia and New Zealand please email info@baretraps.com.au.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a delivery address where someone will be present during business hours to sign for the receipt of your package.

Pre-Orders (Delivery)

Please note : For all Pre-Ordered merchandise, delivery will occur within 5 business days of the goods being received into our stores (check the estimated delivery day/month in blue lettering against these styles). For New Zealand orders 7-10 business days from receipt of stock. For any queries please info@baretraps.com.au.

Returns Policy

Refunds

To return an item for a refund, simply return your purchase to us unworn, in its original condition and box within 28 days from the date of invoice. Please also enclose the original receipt.

When returning goods please use a reliable method of postage, as Bare Traps Retail P/L is not responsible for any items you return that go missing or become damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for postage costs back to our warehouse when returning an item for a refund or exchange.

Refunds will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods within 1-5 working days of receiving them at our warehouse.

A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not conform to our returns policy (ie Items must be Unworn, in Original Condition and Box, with Receipt of Purchase).

Exchanges

Please make your selection carefully as we can only exchange an item for the same style in a different size within 28 days of the invoice date, subject to availability.

If you intend to exchange an item for a different size, simply e-mail info@baretraps.com.au as soon as possible with the size you require so we can reserve it for you.

Exchanged items will only be dispatched when the incorrect size has been returned unworn, in its original condition and box within 28 days of purchase. Please also enclose the original receipt.

The customer is responsible for postage costs back to our warehouse when returning an item for exchange. 

You will not be charged postage for your first replacement pair, however should you need to replace shoes for a different size more than once, you will be charged $10 postage per each additional pair. ($20 for New Zealand)

If more convenient, you may also exchange your goods at a Bare Traps store (Qld) for a different size or style within 28 days or get a credit note. Please note that refunds are not available in store unless an item is faulty.

Faulty goods

You may return faulty items purchased on-line for a refund or exchange within three months of purchase with proof of purchase – receipt or credit card statement. 

If you intend to return a faulty item, please notify info@baretraps.com.au before returning the item.

Goods received will be inspected for manufacturing faults. 

Items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.  The customer will be notified and the goods to be returned to them at their own expense.

Refunds for goods deemed faulty, including any postage you paid to receive the goods, will be credited to the credit card you used to purchase the goods.

Goods received in error

If the goods you receive are not what you ordered please notify info@baretraps.com.au  as soon as possible.  We will organise the return of the goods and the replacement of correct goods ASAP at our cost.

Lost or Damaged Goods

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at info@baretraps.com.au. We will use this information to make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you a choice of a replacement OR a full refund, once we have received confirmation from the carriers that delivery was not successful.
